Step 1: We Assess Your Needs

  • After a site tour of your premises, we compile a detailed business relocation checklist that includes all information relevant to the move, right down to notes on building access, guidelines and restrictions, and loading dock access.

Step 2: We Provide a Proposal With An Obligation-Free Quotation

  • The proposal covers the scope of the work, including removal date, starting time, services required, vehicles used and a description of the allocated team of movers.
  • The free quotation is detailed, transparent and takes your budget and scheduling requirements into consideration. We also include time-based rates for smaller sized jobs.

Step 3: We Plan the Move

  • Once you have accepted our quote and terms of trade, we consult with you to develop a comprehensive plan for your move. This covers the submission of insurance details and safe work method statements to the building managers or body corporate if required, as well as the packing, labelling, storage, removal, tracking and unpacking of your goods. We also prepare your current premises for the upcoming move.

Step 4: Executing the Move

  • Your allocated Business Move Manager will project manage your office relocation, serving as your single contact point. Our office removalists will have everything under control, from the pre-move inspection to the final placement of the goods at the destination.

Your Business Move Manager will be with you every step of the way, with responsibility for:

  • Subsequent on-site meetings

  • Reviewing the business continuity plan
  • Relevant insurance documentation.
